Terry's Grill in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Kitchen Leader and Opener with over 10 years of culinary experience to elevate our kitchen operations and guest dining experiences.

You will lead food preparation, train staff, manage inventory and ensure health & safety while coordinating with front-of-house to deliver exceptional service, 40 hours weekly with flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of kitchen experience required.
• Proven track record in kitchen staff management.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Help Lead kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

• Flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends 40 hours a week if you can open at 430am
