Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking an Assistant Director in Boca Raton to lead high-volume shifts, oversee food preparation, and uphold food quality and safety standards. You will train and coach team members, supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory, and address back-of-house concerns to improve operations.

• Prior experience in a kitchen leadership role.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including morning, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays, based on the needs of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant.
• Food Preparation and cooking.
• Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A's food quality and safety standards.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance team performance.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to established procedures.
• Inventory management: managing inventory and ensuring property stock rotation.
• Address customer concerns or complaints relation to back of house operations and implement necessary improvements.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player and set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
