Responsibilities

• Participate in day-to-day kitchen activities in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Assist in training and onboarding new Back of House Team Members.
• Coach and develop Team Members through real-time feedback.
• Manage inventory, waste, and product rotation as assigned.
