Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Lead BOH shifts focusing on speed, accuracy and food quality.
• Team Communication & Accountability: conduct pre-shift huddles and set clear expectations.
• Systems & Compliance: perform safe-criticals checks and use checklists to stay organized.
• Inventory & Waste Management: oversee stocking, bread pulls, and waste control.
• Task Delegation: assign tasks to team members to keep environment clean.
• Set Ups & Transitions: ensure smooth, high-energy shift transitions and setup.
• Coaching & Development: provide ongoing feedback to Team Members.
• Weekly Cleans: oversee deep cleaning tasks and equipment maintenance.
• Breaks: manage breaks to maintain productivity and speed of service.
