Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Huntsville is seeking an experienced Back-of-House (Kitchen) Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant operation as part of a growing company. You will oversee kitchen staff, ensure food safety standards, and manage costs across the full menu and catering services.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of restaurant leadership, ServSafe certification, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years of restaurant experience.
• Management and/or hospitality experience a plus.
• Experience in managing COGS and labor.
• ServSafe certified or able to complete certification.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
