Caliber Collision is seeking a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to perform all-purpose duties and learn to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will follow mentor guidance, read estimates, identify damage, and check work for quality and accuracy while learning hands-on skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal.
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
• Complete required training and certifications relating to TAP.

Responsibilities

• Learn repair techniques and hands-on skills under mentor guidance.
• Read estimates and identify damage to repair vehicles.
• Follow training material and ensure work quality and accuracy.
