Caliber Collision invites applications for the Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice. The role involves performing all-purpose duties toward repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition, guided by a mentor, with emphasis on reading estimates and learning hands-on skills.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for coverage under our insurance policy.
• Nice to have: Collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using repair techniques.
• Follow mentor's direction and learn from training material and hands-on skills.
• Read estimates, identify damage, and learn to read/interpret repair instructions.
• Check work for quality and accuracy and ensure safety standards are met.
