You will learn to read estimates, identify damage, follow mentor guidance, and ensure quality and accuracy in repairs while starting training from day one.

Qualifications

• Ability to do physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
• Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Complete required TAP training and certifications.
