Caliber Collision in Bloomington is seeking a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to perform all-purpose duties, repairing damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition under mentor guidance, and learning to read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check work for quality and accuracy.

In TAP you’ll receive weekly pay and benefits from day one, plus a Snap-On tool set after 90 days, with a strong earning potential of 70k+ per year after graduation.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicles under mentor guidance and learn to read estimates.
• Identify damage and perform repairs to pre-accident condition.
• Follow mentor’s direction and learn to read training materials and complete certifications.
