Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition and learn all training material under a mentor. You’ll read estimates, identify damage, and practice hands-on skills while growing toward a certified body technician role.

Based in Madison, TN, the program offers weekly pay, benefits from day one, a Snap-On tool bag after 90 days, and a clear path to a lifelong career with earning potential of $70,000+ per year after

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Learn training materials and hands-on skills under a mentor.
• Follow mentor’s directions while learning to read estimates and identify damage.
• Repair vehicles and check work for quality and accuracy.
