Qualifications

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow mentor guidance to read estimates and learn to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Learn to read and interpret repair instructions and quality checks.
• Participate in training and certification processes related to TAP.
