Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for Caliber insurance policy.
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Complete required training and certifications relating to TAP

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition following industry-approved techniques.
• Learn to read estimates, identify damage, and select appropriate repairs.
• Follow mentor guidance and check work for quality and accuracy
