Caliber Collision is hiring for a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to perform essential body repair duties and learn all training materials and hands-on skills under a mentor. You will learn to read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and ensure work quality and accuracy.

The program offers weekly pay, benefits from day one, and tools after 90 days, plus substantial earning potential after graduation.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: Collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques.
• Read estimates, identify damage, and repair vehicles under guidance.
• Check completed work for quality and accuracy.
