Caliber Collision in Kokomo invites you to join the Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice, a hands-on path to become a skilled body technician. You will work under a mentor, learn repair techniques, read estimates, and practice on real vehicles, gaining the experience needed to return cars to pre‑accident condition.

No experience required; earn while you learn with weekly pay and day-one benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved repair techniques.
• Learn to read estimates and identify damage.
• Check work for quality and accuracy.
• Follow mentor’s direction and complete required training for TAP.
