Caliber Collision in Fishers, IN invites you to join the Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice. You will be mentored to repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, read estimates, identify damage and ensure quality at every step.

No experience is required to start; you’ll be paid weekly and eligible for day-one benefits, with a tool bag provided after 90 days and a clear path toward a body technician career, with $70,000+ earning potential after graduation.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.
• Ability to perform physical activity and lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Understand written and verbal instructions.
• Prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Complete required training and certifications relating to TAP.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition under supervision.
• Learn to read estimates, identify damage and check work for quality and accuracy.
• Follow mentor directions while acquiring hands-on skills in body repair.
