Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility for Caliber insurance.
• Nice to have: collision experience or Vo-Tech certification.
• No experience required; program provides training.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle body repair tasks under guidance to restore pre-accident condition.
• Follow mentor directions while learning to read estimates and identify damage.
• Check work for quality and accuracy and maintain safety standards.
