Hansel Collision Center, part of Hansel Auto Group, is seeking a Body Shop Technician in Santa Rosa, CA. This full-time, onsite position offers an hourly pay range of $33.80 to $45.00 with bonus opportunities, and a path to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

You will work within a team of certified collision repair professionals to restore vehicles to manufacturer standards while adhering to safety and dealership guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous auto body repair or collision repair experience required.
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair procedures and structural repair techniques.
• Must have a clean and valid California driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Examine customer vehicles and identify required repairs.
• Estimate costs of repairs and document services performed.
• Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance following dealership guidelines.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area and follow safety rules.
• Record all hours worked and comply with company policies.
