Job summary

Scharmach Automotive Group in Washington state is seeking an experienced Body Technician for our busy collision center. You will repair a range of vehicles, applying structural and non-structural techniques in a modern, high-volume shop and help uphold our 5-star customer reputation.

We offer $28–$35 per flat rate hour based on experience, paid training, manufacturer certification opportunities, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in auto body repair preferred.
• 3+ years of experience as an auto body technician or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in collision repair techniques, including structural and non-structural repairs.
• Familiarity with repair equipment, tools, and manufacturer repair guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
