Hansel Collision Center is looking for Full Time Detailer to increase our exceptional customer satisfaction ratings. We will consider an entry level candidate for this position!

As a Detailer, YOU are the final touch that brings every vehicle to life. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, dealership presentation, and our overall success. In this role, you’ll restore vehicles to showroom‑ready condition, ensuring every customer drives away impressed and excited.

Pay Scale

The Detail Technician position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $19.00 and $21.00, depending on experience and skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Washes and applies restorative products to automobiles
• Applies lubricants to moving parts of vehicles
• Parks vehicles on lot in an organized layout as directed
• Make minor repairs or adjustments to vehicles as directed
• Utilizes hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Reads and follows factory specification sheets accurately

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent customer service skills are essential
• Prior experience as an Auto Detailer is a plus!
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a drug screening
• Possess a valid driver's license with excellent safety record

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and move continuously.
• Frequent and repetitive use of hands for detailing tools and equipment
• Ability to enter and exit vehicles
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
• Ability to perform repetitive motions
• Ability to work safety at heights and in varying weather and environmental conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Driving Requirements:

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy and insurer requirements
• Ability to safely operate vehicles.
