Job Title: Body Shop Technician

We are looking for hardworking, motivated Body Shop Technicians to join our growing Tom Kadlec Auto Body team! The pay range is $50,000-$150,000/year.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle functional condition by inspecting, repairing body damage, mechanical and electrical systems, and replacing parts as per estimates
• Verify vehicle serviceability through test drives and adjustments
• Ensure compliance with state and insurance standards by testing and repairing to factory and I-CAR standards
• Maintain accurate vehicle records of services and repairs
• Operate and troubleshoot shop equipment; perform preventive maintenance and manage supplies
• Contain costs by evaluating warranty and parts options
• Manage inventory and ensure supplies are ready
• Participate in educational opportunities and read technical publications to stay updated
• Complete tasks efficiently and adhere to industry repair standards
