Courtesy Automotive Group is hiring a full-time Body Shop Receptionist in Phoenix, AZ. You will be the first point of contact for customers at the collision center, handling scheduling, records, and communications from drop-off to delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with dealership management systems.
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in automotive settings.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Schedule repair appointments and coordinate with estimators, technicians, and insurance partners.
• Check customers in and out, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain organized records of repair orders, estimates, invoices, and customer files.
• Communicate repair status updates to customers in a timely and clear manner.
• Assist with processing payments and verifying insurance information when needed.
• Support the body shop manager and team with administrative tasks and daily workflow.
• Enter and update data in internal systems; generate reports as requested.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, welcoming, and well-organized.
