Jim Burke Ford Lincoln in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Body Shop Receptionist/Clerk to greet customers, handle basic repair questions, and perform office tasks with a focus on accurate records and smooth service flow.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of related experience, strong computer skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities. Bilingual Spanish helpful; schedule is Monday–Friday with standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressive and relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.

Responsabilités

• Greet all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
• Manage inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly.
• Perform clerical/office tasks, basic accounting, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, sending bills, answering phones, ordering supplies, etc.
