Job summary

Bell Road Toyota Body Shop in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a customer-focused Receptionist to support repair operations. You will answer calls, open/close repair orders, process payments, and update customers on status. Proficiency with CCC One and Body Shop software is preferred.

This role offers a Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm schedule with hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.00, DOE. We value accuracy, teamwork, and delivering a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• 18 years or older; drug-free workplace; equal employment opportunity.
• Experience with payments and customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Open, update, and close repair orders.
• Process customer payments and handle daily deposits.
• Obtain customer contact information and provide repair status updates.
• Maintain records in CCC One, ARMS, and Body Shop Management Software.
• Track customer satisfaction surveys, event logs, and delivery date commitments.
• Review open repair orders daily with estimators and update production status.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and schedule estimate appointments.
• Ensure repair order documentation is complete and compliant with guidelines.
• Collaborate with management, estimators, and support teams to improve operations and customer experience.
