Job summary

D&S Automotive in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Body Shop Parts Coordinator to manage parts check-in, organize supplies, and maintain a clean, safe work area within our collision operations. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM and reports to the Collision Center Manager.

This position handles invoice entry, file closures for parts, tracking returns and credits, and supporting asTech invoice processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
• At least one year automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proficient with computers.
• Familiarity with CCC One estimating software a plus.
• Experience with parts ordering software such as Parts Trader, Parts Bridge, etc. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees check-in, staging, and organization of parts.
• Check in and store shop and paint supplies.
• Enter invoices for scans and calibrations (asTech).
• Enter and scan invoices; coordinate with accounting for entries.
• Finalize files with part exceptions and charge out shop part lines.
• Track returns and pending credits; update weekly Pending Credit Report.
• Maintain a shop pay reporting for damaged/missing parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
