Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Brunswick, OH to manage and stock parts for collision repair shops. You will order parts, track deliveries, and work closely with repair planners to ensure accuracy and timely service.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and experience in automotive parts. You will support body technicians and may lead the parts team, contributing to KPI performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete all parts ordering based on estimates and supplements.
• Monitor deliveries and update Repair Planner.
• Receive and check in parts and mirror match to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for damage within two hours of expected drop off.
• Return incorrect parts immediately to the vendor.
• Drive parts-related KPIs and communicate to GM for optimization.
• Coordinate parts invoicing: ensure invoices are posted daily in CCC One.
• Support Body Technicians with parts knowledge and stay updated on laws and regulations.
• Lead Parts Team (if applicable).
