Job summary

Transteck, Inc. is seeking an experienced Parts Counter person for Freightliner of New Stanton Body Shop. This role involves in-person, phone, email, and online sales, sourcing parts for speedy fulfillment, and maintaining customer service excellence.

You will order parts, handle core and warranty processing, and stay updated through OEM training. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of sales experience.

Qualifications

• One-Two years sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• In person/phone/email/online sales.
• Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment.
• Meet sales goals and gross profit goals.
• Order parts according to dealership procedures.
• Maintain special order parts for service department.
• Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service.
• Maintenance of a clean and safe work area.
• Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes.
• Provide written quotes to customers as needed.
• Process core/warranty according to company guidelines.
