What You'll Do:

• Clean and prepare vehicles, including washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing.
• Assist with paint applications, minor repairs, and removing finish defects.
• Move vehicles to support detailing and painting processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Who You Are:

Attention to detail is key. Requirements include:

Minimum:

• 3+ years of relevant experience (body shop, prepping, collision, or mechanical estimating).
• Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Respirator Fit Test documentation.
• Valid HAPS Paint Training Certification.

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges from $17.69 to $26.54, depending on location and experience. Additional compensation such as commissions or incentives may apply.

Additional Benefits:

Minimum of 16 paid hours per month, 7 paid holidays, and additional leave options including bereavement, voting, jury duty, volunteer, military, and parental leave.
