Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Collision Center Estimator to join our high-performing body shop team. This role is responsible for inspecting vehicle damage, writing accurate repair estimates, and guiding customers through the repair process while delivering a premium service experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and write accurate repair estimates
• Work with insurance companies to secure approvals and supplements
• Communicate repair timelines and updates with customers
• Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient repairsMaintain proper documentation and follow repair procedures
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of collision estimating experience
• Experience with estimating systems
• Strong knowledge of collision repair and insurance processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience working the Sales Manager desk
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Must be legally and technically able to safely operate Company and customer-owned vehicles
• Must be insurable by Company insurance carrier
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license

Schedule

• Full Time
• Monday through Saturday availability
• Sundays off
