Responsibilities

• Develop proper repair plans for each vehicle
• Prepare estimates following insurance and company guidelines
• Maintain and execute a timely repair schedule
• Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same day
• Keep customer vehicles clean to enhance satisfaction
• Consult with management on new procedures and equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• 2+ years experience writing estimates and working with major insurance carriers
• Knowledge of CCC1
• Positive, friendly attitude and customer service mindset
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Team player with a collaborative approach
• Strong math, reading, and software skills
• Ability to learn new technology, procedures, and specifications
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
