Your Role as a Collision Estimator:

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections & damage documentation using CCC One.
• Prepare & submit accurate estimates & supplements while managing insurance approvals.
• Facilitate communication between customers, technicians & insurance companies.
• Clearly explain repair processes & costs to ensure top‑tier customer satisfaction.
• Schedule appointments to maximize shop efficiency.
• Complete OEM & GM training to enhance your expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

• Collision estimating experience (CCC One preferred).
• Strong customer service & communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Team‑oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• I‑CAR Certifications are a plus!
