Pat Milliken Ford Inc. is seeking an assistant manager for our new, state-of-the-art collision center in southeast Michigan. The role focuses on leading a high-volume body shop with a focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team growth.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of body shop management and automotive customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Hard-working can-do attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Help manage Body Shop Clerk & Technician staff, scheduling, payroll, inventory & tool needs.
• Ensure Technician's workflows are going smoothly and customer needs are prioritized.
• Managing technician productivity.
• Document all repairs & orders properly.
• Oversee vehicle washing, waxing, revitalizing processes.
• Interacting with external vendors on parts inventory.
• Maintain profitability of a department while controlling expenses and customer satisfaction.
• Understand and keep abreast of all federal, state and local regulations that affect operations.
• Effective vehicle production and inventory control.
• This is a hands-on, working position.
