Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics is seeking a Practice Development Manager to lead customer relationship management across a designated territory. You will plan and implement account activities related to the sale and distribution of our products, with accountability for achieving sales and utilization quotas.

You will educate physicians and healthcare teams on indications, safety, and product applications, support regional workshops, and drive marketing initiatives including digital and in-person

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
• 2-4 years demonstrated success selling medical products or services to physicians and/or other health care providers is preferred.
• Experience with consumables selling is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and provide high level of customer service to achieve practice integration of the CoolSculpting procedure.
• Ability to make persuasive presentations to physicians, management and/or large groups.
• Positive attitude and passion for working within the aesthetic field.
• Home office capability with reliable high-speed internet access.
• Ability to travel to cover the region including multi-overnight stays, tradeshows, and training meetings.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and utilization quota results in the assigned territory and drive territory penetration.
• Educate customers on indications, contraindications, safety, and marketing strategies.
• Support regional training workshops and tradeshows within the territory.
• Manage day-to-day sales administration and CRM data entry (Salesforce.com).
• Maintain knowledge of the industry and competitive products.
• Build and maintain relationships at all levels within the organization.
• Attend industry trade shows and meetings and ensure regulatory compliance.
