You will review documents and attorney correspondence, index and route files, assign bodily injury claims, draft professional communications, and create reports

Qualifications

• 2+ years of casualty claims processing or litigation support.
• Experience drafting professional correspondence to attorneys.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads with accuracy.
• Proficiency in claims management systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and process incoming claim-related documents and attorney correspondence.
• Accurately index, route, and attach documents within the claims system.
• Assign bodily injury claims to appropriate casualty adjusters.
• Draft emails and routine to semi-complex communications for attorneys and claimants.
• Support workflow management to meet SLAs and deadlines.
• Create and interpret reports to support workload tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support claim handling.
