Qualifications

• 2+ years in casualty claims processing or related litigation support.
• Experience handling attorney correspondence and legal documents.
• Ability to draft professional written communications to attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and process claim documents and attorney correspondence for bodily injury claims.
• Index, route, and attach documents in the claims system; maintain complete claim files.
• Assign claims to adjusters based on guidelines and workload.
• Identify time-sensitive legal documents and escalate as needed.
• Draft emails and routine communications for adjusters and staff.
• Support workflow management to meet SLAs and deadlines.
• Create and interpret reports to support workload tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support claim handling.
