CURE Auto Insurance in Princeton, NJ (also Detroit, MI) is seeking an experienced BI claims examiner to handle non-litigation auto claims, including uninsured/underinsured motorist cases. The role requires 2–4 years of BI claims handling and strong customer service skills.

You will investigate claims, set reserves, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with state guidelines while maintaining organized diaries in a hybrid work environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years BI claims handling experience.
• Clear, professional communication and superior customer service via phone and written correspondence.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and settlement abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems.

• Investigate validity of auto BI claims and assess policy coverages.
• Make prompt contact with policyholders and required parties to collect documentation and statements.
• Establish initial reserves and adjust as needed through claim completion.
• Negotiate timely settlements with claimants, attorneys, or other parties and issue payments.
• Identify red flags and fraud indicators; alert Special Investigation Unit when applicable.
