Job summary

Boden Senior Living of Maplewood, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Chef/Cook to join our growing team in Maplewood, MN. This part-time role pays $17.50-$22.50 per hour and focuses on preparing meals for residents with specific dietary requirements.

You will work to maintain high sanitation standards, assist with menu execution, and support residents with compassionate service. Prior senior living experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature controls.
• Direct and assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, and floors, dishes and utensils.
• Check trays for menu and diet accuracy and dietary requirements.
• Ensure proper storage for food and supplies.
• Review diet changes and ensure menus are followed per procedures.

Boden Senior Living of Maplewood is located just off of Beam Avenue near the corner of Robinson Dr. and 113th Lane NW in Maplewood, MN. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous, apartment style community providing only Memory Care services. Join our team today!

Duties Include
