Teamatical in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Graphic Designer to own enterprise design for on-demand apparel. You combine garment construction knowledge with graphic pattern creation and printing know-how, working with our Bangkok DaaS team during US business hours.

You will lead artwork development, tech packs, brand guidelines, and onboarding for customer designers, ensuring color accuracy, print quality, and on-time delivery across multiple enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design for apparel, sportswear or uniforms.
• Knowledge of print and manufacturing processes and decoration methods.
• Ability to follow tech packs and brand guidelines with precision.
• Strong attention to color accuracy, scale and print quality.
• Excellent communication skills for onboarding and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts.

Responsabilités

• Artwork and print development: design graphics, patterns, all-over prints, typography, and branding elements.
• Tech packs and brand guides: work from technical specs and style guides for production.
• Cross-functional collaboration: align with product, production, colorists, and pattern makers.
• Uniform personalization: ensure compliance with briefs and league guidelines.
• Customer designer onboarding: own onboarding path and first-deliverable reviews.
• UAT ownership: define acceptance criteria and maintain defect/feedback logs.
• Domestic support: provide US business hours coverage for design questions.
• DaaS liaison: partner with Bangkok team to translate requirements and flag issues.
• Enterprise project ownership: maintain milestones with commercial and operations teams.
