Job summary

Intradeco, a Miami-based apparel manufacturer, seeks a Technical Designer to lead technical design, pattern making, and production for woven and knit lines. You will collaborate with design, merchandising and product development to build seasonal assortments from conception to final production.

The role requires 5–10 years in technical design, strong construction knowledge, proficiency in PLM and 3D tooling, and bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Technical Design and knowledge of Pattern making.
• Full garment construction knowledge in knit and woven fabrics.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, BC/FLEX PLM, Illustrator, Microsoft Office and Acrobat Pro.
• Knowledge of 3D software and ability to learn new tools.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TD team to build seasonal apparel assortments from development through final fit production approval.
• Ensure design intent, fit relevancy, quality and timely delivery are upheld.
• Maintain fit consistency and adhere to construction standards for product categories.
• Create and update fit blocks with TD Director and patternmaker.
• Manage product category ownership from development to final production.
• Troubleshoot production issues, develop technical packages and keep style foundations solid.
