Komro Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking a Bobcat Service Technician to perform accurate diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on equipment.

You will conduct on-site service, prepare machines for delivery, maintain records, and uphold safety and quality standards while working with a small team under the Shop Manager's guidance. Overnight travel possible, CDL preferred if available.

Formación

• Experience as a Bobcat Service Technician or similar role.
• Awareness and compliance with service standards to meet warranty and customer expectations.
• Ability to prioritize and possess time management skills.
• Competence in reading and interpreting technical manuals and instructions.
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds independently or with assistance.
• Possible overnight travel may be required.
• CDL or ability to obtain one.

Summary of Position:

Komro Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking a Bobcat Service Technician to perform accurate and thorough service, repairs, and maintenance on equipment.

We are a privately owned company serving the Dairy and Agricultural Industry since 1960. We specialize in facility design and construction services, offering sales and services for irrigation, grain and manure handling and constructing high tech manure separation systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics and service hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed.

• Maintain an orderly and clean work environment (shop floors, tools, job space, etc.).
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to enhance efficiency with daily tasks and the completion status of assigned tasks.
• Continuously enhance professional knowledge through applicable training and online courses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bobcat Service Technician or similar role including hydraulic systems, electrical systems and diesel engines.
• Awareness and compliance with service standards to meet warranty and customer expectations.
• Ability to prioritize and possess time management skills.
• Competence in reading and interpreting technical manuals and instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to frequently lift, carry and position machine components, tools and equipment parts weighing up to 50 pounds independently or heavier items with assistance.
• Possible overnight travel may be required to service equipment.
• CDL or ability to obtain one.
