Job summary

Tuckahoe Holdings, LLC is seeking a Road Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing major systems on compact equipment, with emphasis on Bobcat units, and performing system rebuilds and welding. A CDL Class A license and strong mechanical skills are required.

This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm, offering competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license is required.
• 2+ years of experience in heavy and Equipment service operations (skid steers, excavators, etc.).
• Strong mechanical background including diagnostics, diesel mechanics, hydraulics, and electrical.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily equipment and preventative maintenance inspections.
• Diagnose and repair all major systems on compact equipment, with emphasis on the Bobcat line.
• Perform system rebuilds and overhauls.
• Welding.
• Collaborate with Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental teams.

Weare currently searching for a Road** Service Technician** to join our team. Our Service Technicians playa key rolein our customer relations and service representation. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for helping our customers with a can-do attitude exceeding ourcustomer’sexpectations.

Road Service Technician

$35.00-$40.00 DOE

Monday -Friday (7am-5pm)

Essential Functions:

• Conducting daily equipment and preventative maintenance inspections
• Diagnosing and repairing all major systems on compact equipment, with emphasis on the Bobcat line
• Performing system rebuilds andoverhauls
• Welding
• Work effectively with all levels of the company – Parts, Service, Sales, Rental
• Performing anyadditionaltasks assigned by theSupervisor

Qualifications:

• CDL Class A License
• 2+ years’ experience inheavy and orequipment service operations– skid steers, excavators,etc.
• Strong mechanical background including excellent skills indiagnostics,diesel mechanics, hydraulics, electrical.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, organized, energetic, and capable of staying cool under pressure from multiple ongoing projects,computerskills.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee isfrequentlyexposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanicalpartsand vibration.The employee is occasionally exposed to various extreme conditions as this position works indoors and outdoors.The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

Physical Requirements

• Be able to effectively communicate withcustomers.
• This position ishighly active, requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching,crawling,and climbing all day.
• Employeeswillfrequentlylift and/or move items over50lbs.
• Specific vision requirements required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depthperceptionand ability to adjust focus.
