Prepare and serve bubble tea beverages according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
Cook and maintain the quality of boba pearls and other toppings throughout the day.
Measure, mix, and adjust ingredients to ensure consistency and flavor.
Innovate and suggest new drink ideas or variations to enhance the menu.
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and customization options.
Take customer orders accurately, process transactions, and handle payments.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns or special requests promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including counters, equipment, and storage areas.
Follow proper food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
Assist with daily opening, closing, and shift change tasks, including equipment cleaning and stock replenishment.
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, such as teas, syrups, and toppings.
Communicate restocking needs to management in a timely manner.
Properly store and label all ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.
Performs other duties as assigned.
