Responsibilities

• Participate in daily cleaning and 5S in Trim Assembly areas.
• Use basic tools to assemble boat units per work instructions.
• Work in a fast-paced, team environment with safety and quality focus.
• Occasional overtime may be required.
• Maintain daily labor tracking records.
• Assist training of team members to improve performance.
