Job summary

Malibu Boats, Inc. is seeking a Technician II in Assembly to build boats by following a defined construction order, using power and hand tools from schematics and specs. You will read drawings, apply parts, and document finished components for production.

You will work safety with PPE, train new operators, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with daily schedules. The role requires a proactive self-starter who can handle multiple tasks and maintain quality and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Prior woodworking, construction, and/or mechanic experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Able to work safely with PPE in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boats following a defined construction order using power and non-power tools.
• Read drawings and specifications; document finished parts for production purposes.
• Train new operators in safe methods and best practices.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping; follow daily schedules and assignments.
