Job Responsibilities

Perform repair work and scheduled maintenance for boats and watercraft. Conduct diagnostic tests to ensure proper functioning of marine engines and electrical systems. Troubleshoot and replace broken or worn-out parts as needed.

Conduct inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment; inform supervisor of low stock; complete requisitions for additional supplies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications.

Shift: 1st/2nd; must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Requirement: Valid Driver's License required.

• Specialize in mechanical repair of boat systems; troubleshoot and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate professionally; answer phones appropriately.
• Maintain boat fleet properly.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on boat systems.
• Conduct operational tests, including test driving boats.
• Perform checks, tune-ups, and mechanical procedures for vessels.
• Support team goals; treat co-workers with respect.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met.
• Inspect tools and equipment; perform physical activities such as reaching, bending, lifting (up to 25 pounds), and standing for long periods.
• Maintain tools and equipment; ensure proper storage.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other duties as needed.
