Brunswick Boat Group is hiring for a Boat Prep and Foamer in New York Mills, MN. The role performs cleaning and preparation tasks on Lund and Crestliner boats, with training in the Paint Department.

You will inject rotation foam into hulls, maintain process documentation, and follow safety policies during a 10-hour shift in the paint area. The position demands basic math and reading skills, the ability to stand for long periods, and a team-forward work approach.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math, reading and measurement skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Follow established safety processes when handling chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and preparation tasks on boats in the paint area.
• Inject rotation foam into the boat hull and maintain process documentation.
• Adhere to safety policies, housekeeping and quality standards.
• Work in the acid etching area using a conveyor system.
