Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group in Edgewater, FL is seeking a Part and Prep Professional to prep hull and small parts molds, ensure damage-free mold parting, and maintain a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires operating forklifts and overhead cranes, following safety and quality standards, and working with a team to meet daily schedules and production goals.

Qualifications

• Must follow all safety and quality standards at all times.
• Must be able to operate equipment related to job functions.
• Must use judgment when moving molds.
• Must complete classroom and on-the-job training.
• Good reading comprehension and ability to follow verbal/written directions.
• Weekend Shift Premium and Night Shift Differential apply.

Responsibilities

• Part and Prep various hull and small parts molds per specs.
• Ensure mold parting occurs without damage.
• Prep molds with appropriate materials.
• Clean mold tops and flange areas before grease.
• Wax molds for Gel coating.
• Move hulls and molds on proper dollies and bays.
• Operate fork truck and overhead crane as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work area in production zones.
• Follow daily production schedule to meet deadlines.
