Walstrom Marine, Inc. in Harbor Springs, MI is seeking a Boat Detailer to join our Harbor Springs team. This on-site role offers hands-on training and the chance to grow with a family-owned business that values its people.

You will wash, wax, polish and restore boats, detail interiors and exteriors, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Valid driver's license required; marine detailing experience preferred, and training is provided.

What We're Looking For:

Walstrom Marine is looking for a Boat Detailer to join our Harbor Springs Team! While detailing experience is a plus, we are happy to train individuals with a strong work ethic and the right skill set.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide variety of detailing duties including washing, waxing, polishing, and restoring boats to like-new condition.
• Detail all areas of the boat including exterior surfaces, engine compartments, bilges, upholstery, heads, and cabins.
• Ensure a boat's interior and exterior meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Provide detailing services that meet or exceed customer expectations for quality and satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license is required for this position.
• Experience with detailing or in a Marine environment is preferred.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Saturday availability required during summer months
