Walstrom Marine in Harbor Springs is seeking a Boat Detailer to join our on-site Harbor Springs team. We welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and provide training as needed.

This full‑time, in-person role offers year‑round employment with competitive benefits. Responsibilities include washing, waxing, polishing, and restoring boats to a like‑new condition, detailing all areas of the boat, and ensuring top cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required.
• Experience with detailing or in a Marine environment is preferred.

What We’re Looking For: Walstrom Marine is looking for a Boat Detailer to join our Harbor Springs Team! While detailing experience is a plus, we are happy to train individuals with a strong work ethic and the right skill set.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform a wide variety of detailing duties including washing, waxing, polishing, and restoring boats to like-new condition.

-Detail all areas of the boat including exterior surfaces, engine compartments, bilges, upholstery, heads, and cabins.

-Ensure a boat's interior and exterior meet high cleanliness and presentation standards.

-Provide detailing services that meet or exceed customer expectations for quality and satisfaction.

-Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.

Requirements and Qualifications:

-A valid driver's license is required for this position.

-Experience with detailing or in a Marine environment is preferred.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, Saturday availability required during summer months

- This is an in-person, on site position based out of our Harbor Springs location.
