Bass Pro Shops is seeking a skilled laborer to support production by preparing materials, operating basic tools, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. The role involves assisting teammates with setup, assembly tasks, and occasional installation of parts in the manufacturing process.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift up to 75 lbs, and demonstrate reliable communication and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Apprenticeship or Associates degree preferred.
• One year of experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Use various types of air and hand tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work overhead.
• Be familiar with solvents, resins, glue, sealers, cleaners and fiberglass.
