Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Assembly B for White River Marine Group in Missouri. This role focuses on assembling boats by installing decking, framing components, carpeting, and fixtures while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The position requires use of hand tools, the ability to read measurements and instructions, and the stamina to work in variable conditions. Training and development opportunities are available within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with hand tools used in boat assembly.
• Able to work in a team or independently following defined processes.
• Able to read and follow work instructions and measurements.
• Adaptable to all weather conditions and work environments.
• Able to work under boats and handle heavy components.
• Able to read tape measurements accurately.
• Able to read and follow standard operating procedures.
• Willing to cross-train across tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install decking.
• Install Z bars and motor pod for framing.
• Install carpet and trim.
• Load furniture and console.
• Rig g s consoles and install navigation lights.
• Install fencing, furniture, and bed boards.
• Clean, vacuum, and wipe down boats.
• Apply decals and striping on boats.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
